American English, created by Darrel L. Rogers of Houston, TX on 12 Oct 2008 as
a protologism to the phrase “privatized socialism,” commonly used in the U.S.
political circuit in reference to the U.S. bailout of the private financial market
and companies.

1. A theory or system of practice in which a government, as a matter of
National Interest, acquires control or ownership of private enterprise capital as a
form of protection from financial collapse by injecting government revenue into
financial institutions or the individual companies.
