A person in any organized hierarchical structure (business,
government,etc.) who is much worse than a micromanager.
Micromanagement style maybe result of many factors but
Nanomanagement is always a result of manager's insecurity. A
nanomanager supervises everything his employees do and
always finds faults in his employees work, never listens to his
employees. He creates a highly stressful environment and his
employees usually end up leaving the company.
