frim
An obscure Old English word that indicates something is strong, powerful, or flourishing. For example, a fruit that is bursting with juice might be said to be frim. The word was first used in print around 1000 C.E., reached a maxima of popularity in the 1600s, and was more or less extinguished from common usage by the 19th century.
