Cellotaph

A (spontaneous) roadside memorial for a death. Usually after a road accident
but also, e.g., Princess Diana’s death in 1997. Usually composed of bunches of
flowers wrapped in Cellophane.
Origin: Cellophane + Cenotaph - Originated (I think) by Private Eye magazine in UK.
